North Central State College will undergo a comprehensive evaluation visit from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools Nov. 17 through Nov. 19.

The Higher Learning Commission is one of six accrediting agencies in the United States that provide institutional accreditation at a regional level. Institutional accreditation evaluates an entire institution and accredits it as a whole.

North Central State College has been accredited by the Higher Leaning Commision of the NCA since 1969.
