BUTLER: Richard Edward Brown, age 60, resident of Butler, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family July 18, 2010.
        Richard was born August 2, 1949 in Loudonville to Doris and Robert Brown.
        Richard was the beloved husband of Deirdre Hill-Brown, father of Shelly
(Donnie) Shifflet, Shannon Rissler, Melanie (Vince) Thompson and Jessica Walker. He was the dear brother of Don (Mary Ann), Steve, Mike and Becky. Richard was the treasured grandfather of Angel, Koery, Ashlee, Emilie, Aubree, Trace and Emma.  He was a dear uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Mike, and his granddaughter, Angel.
        Richard was the kindest, most caring, selfless and gentle man. He was an
inspiration to all who knew him.
        Richard's memorial service will begin at 5:30pm on Saturday, July 31, 2010 in the sanctuary of First Assembly of God, 1000 McPherson Street, Mansfield.  Pastor Thomas Blair will officiate.  The Brown family will receive friends and family directly prior to the memorial service at the church.
