Scott Dauchenbaugh, 30, of 99 Waterford Glen Bucyrus died Monday July 26, 2010 from injuries received in a car accident in Marion County.

 

He was born June 27, 1980 in Galion and was the son of David and Cindy (Zealor) Dauchenbaugh.

 

On June 28, 2001 he married Maylee Carpenter and she survives. Scott is also survived by his two girls Patience and Jaden Dauchenbaugh at home, father David Dauchenbaugh, mother Cindy Dauchenbaugh and Brenda Banks all of Bucyrus, maternal grandmother Nikki Massey, brother Raymond (Elizabeth) Dauchenbaugh, sister Janet (fiancee' Tony Brady) Dauchenbaugh all of Bucyrus, in-laws Kathy (John) Knappenburger of Florida, Mark (Marylyn) Carpenter of Bucyrus and a sister-in-law Dayanne (Ben) Lucius of New Washington.

 

He is preceded in death by an infant daughter Cassandra.

 

Scott was a 1999 graduate of Bucyrus High School and worked 8 years for Glen-Gerry Brick in Caledonia and for the past two years for Mike's Roofing in Prospect. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #669 and a loving husband and father who enjoyed working on cars, drag racing, hunting and the rodeo.

 

Calling hours will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home where services will be Saturday July 31, 2010 at 11AM with Pastor Bernie France officiating. Moose tribute service Friday at 8PM. Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline. A memorial fund for his children is being set up thru Mike’s Roofing 1007 Park St. Prospect 43342.
