 Email Natalie

Natalie Clark joined WMFD-TV in December 2008, as a Reporter and Weather Forecaster for Newswatch 5,6,10 and 11 evening newscasts.

Before joining the WMFD-TV team, Natalie interned at WEWS News Channel 5 in Cleveland, where she was able to shadow Stefani Schaefer and cover election nights. She also had the chance to intern for COX-45 in Parma, where she reported local news for the station. Natalie’s most memorable internship experience is when she interned the summer of 2006 at CNN Headline News in Atlanta, where she was able to write stories for the entertainment segments, and shadow her idol, Robin Meade.

Natalie is a former Top 10 Finalist in the 2005 Miss Ohio Program. She captured the title of Miss Ashland Co. 2002, and Miss Maple City 2005, where she was a preliminary interview and talent winner. Natalie was also the winner of the Miss America Spirit of Excellence Award, as well as multiple essay awards. Natalie is now judging local preliminary pageants. Natalie’s accomplishments include her work with the Ohio Reads program. With years of volunteering, Natalie was recognized by former first lady of Ohio, Hope Taft.

Natalie graduated from Bowling Green State University, and the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Cleveland.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys singing, pageants, country music, baking, watching college football, and especially spending time with her husband and family (including 4 nephews!). She’s originally from New London, Ohio but now lives in Mansfield with her husband, Brad. Natalie is excited to be part of the WMFD-TV Team!
